  1. Worst experience with delivery…uncaring, unresponsive staff, leering delivery boy (!) never ordering again, nor recommend to anybody else. Thanks for wasting 1 hr+ of my life that I’m never getting back! Good job managing franchises Dominos…here’s a suggestion though- maybe you should start with training ALL OVER AGAIN, huh?

even better news? The feedback form on your website doesn’t work! After 5 tries of adding and removing punctuation marks (hello, technology!), coz the page won’t accept those, I still am informed that my “comment couldn’t be captured to database” (cue for eyeroll)…how about a li’l less of social media, and a li’l more good, ol’-fashioned customer care?

PS: there’s absolutely no way to get in touch with you guys- no email, nobody answers at the # provided,- such a disappointment.

  2. My experience with dominos has always been great.
Delivery is mostly on time. Only once, my pizza was just 2 minutes late, and I got it for free :)
Once my pizza topping was spoiled by the pizza guy, I called the customer care, and it was replaced within 15 minutes.
I love their pizza so much that I order it almost every week. Thanks to their online website and numerous discount offers. Ordering pizzas online and the choice to replace the toppings is another thing that I love.
All in all, great job dominos. Keep going :)

  3. I think your site has some problem, most of the times when i order online i have to face one issue.
The problem occurs when i select the pizza and click CustomeizeAndAdd, the site then presents a popup type page does not load correcly and mainly the first option comes blank (the one where we choose pizza size). It irritates me too much and i have to close and reload it again.

  4. Online system simply doesn’t work! What a waste of time… credit card paymnet went thru, but finally got a message saying cannot place order to kitchen and money will be refunded after 7 working days.

On calling the store guys, they said they couldnt do anything and I have to pay again for the order.

Disappointed with Domino’s idea of customer service. Now I have to wait for 7 days to get my money back…

  5. Just ordered a pizza mania doubles… PATHETIC QUALITY… The quality has been deteriorating at regular intervals. Today the pizzas were so dry as if the guy making the pizza forgot to put any cheeze in them and the garlic bread.. the least i say the better… baked on very high temp, not cheezy and non fluffy… this is the second time in last 1 month of worsening quality standard… may-not order again ever.. Pizza Hut is better with better quality
