Dominos Pizza -

U just fooling around ppl. with ur 30 minutes policy or free,-Today i ordered two non veg pizzas in dwarka Sec-07 for my bosses bday.

1. person taking the order said to me that it’ll take 40 minutes it’s been prob. to reach in 30 minutes. – i said it’s ok.

2. Second thing – the order delivered to me in 1 hour according to time mentioned on the bill slip.

3. Third thing is that i called dominos helpline Mr Rohit the manager of dwarka store told me that sir 40 minutes mention is approx timing , they said to me that ” SIR LATE TO HO JATA H ” what d F..? UNPROFESSIONALISM . when i said that ok i ‘l take your order but i’ll deduct the 30 minutes late fine Rs.300 still he said to me dt we don’t want to give you order like this .

Still Dominos Tag Line khushion ki chaabi …they spoil my mood .

Now I Never order pizza from Dominos , Pizza Hut is much better they deliver in mean time . on same location where dominos is taking 60 minutes to reach .

Really BAD SERVICE by Domino’s today … what’s shocking is that order was cancelled after placing it about an hour back. Mr. Manager – Stanley Dsouza (emp. code 617694) now says that please take Rs.300 discount. Can someone please tell him to deliver pizzas and not just discount.

Chain of event – order placed on 02226326699 at 2047 hours
Second reminder call – made on same number at 2113 hours and was assured that order will be delivered in 5 mins.
Final call made on 2135 hours … Mr. Stanley and team denied that such an order was placed and on lot of questioning tells about Rs.300 discount.

have placed the order again … let’s see if he can deliver or we have to wait for another no … at 2235 hours.

before one hour I have ordered a cheese pizza with Italiano pasta it was totally tasteless and cold.It was the worst experience with domino’s.I request you to please be care full in future about quality and delivery.

Today….!! I ordered pizzas…. they were in very bad condition…!!
not proper cheese,base was so harder that we were not able to eat…!! it was enough roasted ….!!! I ordered this pizza from “mohali phase-10 store,punjab” mine order number is 306 and server was “Varinder”………….order was given by “MR DAVINDER”

I use to love dominos but now I hate it .Your oder taker do not have manners to speal if u do not deliver to certain area than tell we r sorry not to deliver inspite of saying hum galioo mai diliver nahi kare . She was rude I know her name as she is from sector 14 dominos gurgoan . I relocated from delhi as iam very regular customer from lajpatnagar u can check with no 8860901803 or 9899630086 . I disgusting Service received. Today I visited the Dominos Outlet located near the Maxus Mall in Bhayandar Wes, The Service given by the store manager was disgusting. I asked him for the discount with the Coupon code net07 which i had received. He said that there are terms and Condition I want you to tell me all of them and then if it is correct only then we can honour or give a print out. I want the Management of Dominos to understand that people don’t go out every time only to eat at your place sometimes the plan is made out of the blue I did show him the message but he wanted me to read the terms and condition …Bull Shit Store.
Its was embarrassed with his behaviour it was as if i was a beggar

Im a regular customer 2 kankurgachi,India dominos..i really lyk its foodings..bt dey tuk a lot of tym 2 deliver d pizzas..
Bt i wnna specify a thng dat d staffs der maintain the people vei proprly n calmly..i lyk d staffs der.. Dey r rlly vei gud n friendly..i wnna say dat m visiting der snce 2 years n m a regular customer..n m noticing dat a guy named Zohaib is treating d customers very politely n lovingly….now he’s ma favrte staff..he knws how 2 handle d people around der..he treats me very well n even evry of us..i lyk d place n d pples also..d way of his talking n treating d people is quite impressive..and il always love 2 visit dat place..
Bt a thning i dont lyk is dey dont put much cheese or cream compared 2 park street branch!
Bt the pizzas r very gud..

I have been a dominos customer since I was 13. I love their pizza. I have never really bothered about their 30 minutes guarantee. But I do have a suggestion that they should put more items into their menu. Variety would be nice.

Please open 100% Halal Store in Gurgaon, so that Muslim people also can have it. Stop Serving pork, none of the muslim would like to eat from your outlet untill unless it is certified by Halal Food Authority. I heard Dominos has started 100% halal store in Birmingham so why not in Delhi NCR, specially in Gurgaon. I cant eat pizzza’s from your Outlet being a Muslim.

There are many muslim who love it but cant eat it bcz it is not Halal and pork is been served from your Outlets.

Hope you will consider muslim community also.

ok. I tell what happened with me on OCT 17th. Order No: 126. Invoice # PI66053/12-13/48793

Received the pizza after 1 hr from the order time metioned in the bill.

I asked my wife to heat it in the dossa pan because it was cold and we don’t have a microwave oven. So, next time when you see the delivery boy coming, quickly switch on the stove and start the heating process.

No need 2 open the box as it was not delivered till this time which i ordered at 9o’ clock. Hope they deliver for breakfast!!!!!!!!!!!
I never see such irresponsible people who never bother the quality, timing etc. I am a regular customer, even arranging parties there. But past one year the service is pathetic, No proper response to the complaints.
I orderd on 12th oct , that time the cheese was smelling bad and was of very bad quality, i had to threw it. We called the store and complained , they disconnected the phone. Today i did my last trail, hoping some improvement and i told my concerns while ordering. I don’t know is that the reason for not delivering. We are providing the phone number, why cant they inform if u cant deliver? i called 45 min after ordering and they told it will be delivered in 10-12 min, otherwise we would have made some other arrangement for food.

So anyone order from Dominos pls keep some bread, maggy, oats etc if you dont want to keep hungry throughout night!

Pizza hut is much better, so better go ahead with that choice. Better quality, adhere to time etc

there is bug in your online order site.
selected noida sector 36 as delivery address, but you directed me to Greater Noida store, as result didn’t received pizza.

“Hey, I just ordered a pizza using your website and did the payment using my credit card. Now the amount i.e. Rs 294.14 has been deducted but the website was unable to push the order to the store (in Rohtak). Hence, I have not received the pizza but the amount has been deducted. Can you tell me when and how can I get my refund!!!

And why the hell my complaint is not being shown anywhere on your page????

Services by dominos is just a sham. they dont deliver the pizzas in time and on top of that this outlet of dominos at gajuwaka has started charging for ketchup pouches separately in take outs.
this is really embarrassing.they are just thriving here bcoz pizza hut is not avail in this area. i have stopped taking from dominos and warn others to beware

I actually ordered for a THICK crust but got a really THIN crust my dad got really angry. Happiness turned to anger,anger turned to shouting,shouting turned to dead but silence turned to LAUGHTER hahaha u know why? because we now have them both for free and our precious money came back to us!! So Dominos thus stand up to its name “khushiyan ki home delivery”. Now we got 2 pizzas for free!!! Yay!! THANQ DOMINOS!!!

Just ordered a Dominos pizza from the Vasant Kunj outlet and they delivered it in 50 mins!!!! What happened to the 30 min service guarantee? On calling the outlet they informed that Sorry today we can not give u the service guarantee. Why? No answer. Sent the pizza back.. Either u inform before taking the order…or u stand upto the commitment….really bugged now have to order from another place and wait for it to be delivered…..

Today at 8 pm on dot, called our nearest dominos at madipakkam (044-22706000) and ordered items worth rs 925, with a commitment of 45mins well fine weekend rush understood. Actually got delivered at 9.20pm, no issues afterall they are fellow beings but shockingly all items were just cold. Imagine the cold pizzas.

Well called the point again to bring this to their notice, well got sympathies as answer. Can’t wait anymore kids were eagerly waiting to taste.

Well not looking for a damn refund or anything. Writing this in spur of the moment
Whom to blame, the system, my failure to act before accepting the delivery don’t know.

When you cannot keep your promises why commit. Its just a cheating.

when you open a box of domino’s pizza you will get a delicious pizza inside if you are a veg so it will be a night mare for you because the pizza they deliver in the veg box it might be anything inside.
I oderded pizza today just not they deliver non veg inside the veg box and as a lay man veg ppl eat those pizza on the same time they understand its non veg.
IF YOU CALL THEM THEY PPL WILL NOT BELIVE YOU SO WE ARE GOING TO CONSUMER COURT FOR THIS.

Today i ordered online at 8:23 PM IST (1-jan-2013) i paid money in advance from my credit card order was places successfully but after half an hour i got a call that we can’t deliver from Mohali Phase 10 location and we will forward your order to Phase 5 Mohali Dominos but after 30 minutes nothing happed i called again they told me your order is in Transit please wait for another 30 minutes and and then i called at 10 PM to confirm about my order to my surprise i came to know that my order is canceled No one called about it money is already deducted from my account NO COMMITMENT not taking customers SERIOUSLY.

Now i feel ordering from a Local restaurant is more safe then DOMINOS.

Only Money eating Machines.

At the outset,I must say that ur Pizza’s are good and your USP is 30 mins or free, can you clarify why your liability is limited to Rs 300/-. If this be the case, then why dont you change your selling line instead of misleading people ?

this is so wierd.. i grew up having pizza from domino’s and trust me i’ve had a lot.. and from places all over the country. but domino’s
kanpur has added such a bad flavour to my favorite pizza.. they still inquire about your address one and half hours after the order, the preparations are wierder even.. the service is hurting.. it seems domins’ dominion is ending.. adios my pizza buddy..
