Domino's are loosing it's hold on pizza delivery.. I felt it's prized high than competition, taste of pizza are deteriorating, and they just have standard menus.

1) 20 mins before the ordered was actually delivered - they already marked it as DELIVERED. Why? So that they can meet the 30 minute mark What reasoning they gave? The driver is new - he doesn’t know. Clearly blamed it on the driver when they’re supposed to train them. 2) Domninos delivered post 30 minutes and instead of apologizing they were arguing and telling me that the driver had many orders to deliver - is that my problem or is that a Dominos policy? Forget about apologizing, I can’t even expect them to refund the amount by following their own policy. 3) After facing the 1st 2 points stated above, I open my pizza box and see the state of my pizza (picture attached). I can’t even begin to express how upset and disappointed I am. EDIT : They just sent an email asking to provide my contact details which I did immediately and since then no revert. This has been 2 weeks bad. They just want to show on social media that they’re attentive and they want to help but no response.

There is no proper response from there staffs ,, they’re talking vit phones and attending clients,, And the pizza also very dry it’s completely burned pizza
