Sharing a recent bummer with Domino's: I placed an order through their app for dine-in. Excitedly, I drove with my friends over to the outlet. But just when we were about to reach, we got a call saying they're closed for dine-in. What? Why even have that option on the app then? I tried to reason with them, asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere, but they wouldn't budge. Ended up with forceful take-away instead of the dinner out we'd planned. Pretty disappointing, to say the least. Just wish Domino's would be more upfront about these things and not mess with their customers' plans like that. Hopefully, they'll take note and improve.

I would like to share my pathetic experience with Domino's pizza @ bommasansra location. Ordered few pizzas worth of Rs1000+ from this location few days back through dominos booking app. Quite surprisingly the quality of pizzas which they delivered were absolutely pathetic. I felt it's kind of undercooked/ old items and we stopped eating after tasting one piece of it. I never had a bad experience with Domino's previously. All of those times they served delicious pizzas but this time it was absolutely terrible in quality. After few minutes itself we called their customer care and reported this incident. The lady who attended the call told us that she will be calling back us in few minutes. We waited for her call but even after few hours nothing was happened. Again we called their CC and same lady took the call and arguing us that it should not be problem with them, they even do strict quality check and all. Then whose fault was that sending low quality food items to their customers??? Absolutely pathetic experience

No maintenance, at least 7-8 members present inside shop(kitchen area) no attend the desk to clean or even too 5 min some one attend me in the billing counter. Many tables are not cleaned even after people left for hours probably. Floors are very dirty flys are everywhere .
