Lemme explain the scam of this place. Don't order for pre paid delivery, always do cash on delivery. They give last priority to pre paid orders since you have already paid the money and you cant threaten to apply the 45 minute guarantee. The food will always be colder and less well done for pre paid orders, either from app, website or 3rd party apps like swiggy or zomato. 45 minute guarantee scam - pre paid orders via 3rd party app: It is almost impossible unless you go to court to make them honor the 45 minute guarantee since you have already paid. 3rd party app will ask you to contact dominos and dominos will ask you to contact 3rd party app. you will remain a ping pong ball but no resolution. 45 minute guarantee scam - pre paid orders from dominos: Since it is already pre paid, the prepare your food at the end, deliver it at the end since there is no threat of you refusing to pay due to late delivery or food being cold. If they are late, then delivery boy will refuse. If you ask for his manager then manager will give following lies 1) i will not honor dominos guarantee 2) it is not applicable during night 3) not applicable during weekend 4) not applicable because they have bulk orders 5) you can contact dominos call center or their feedback page. none of his lies are listed as conditions on dominos guarantee page. 45 minute guarantee scam - cash on delivery: Unless you say that you won't accept the order if they dont honor the 45 minute guarantee promise, it is highly unlikely that they will honor it. you have to spend 10 minutes arguing with the delivery guy and the manager. They will ask you to pay full and later complain in dominos page and if you fall for that lie, then after submitting your complaint, you will get a mail saying manager tried to reach you but phone number not working, it asks you to give a valid phone number. Manager does a fraud against dominos complaint by lieng that the phone number is not working or not reachable or wrong. The same number using which they delivered the product, the same number which exists in their database from 15 years. Even if you update the phone number, nothing will happen, the fraud store manager will update the complaint as 'not reachable, wrong number, did not pick up' etc., They charged 1400+ for 2 medium pizzas and one of them didnt even have extra cheese that i ordered.

Ordered pizza from here. It smelled like some talcum powder or fragrance spray was added to cover up some bad odor.

Their hygiene standards are very low. One lady was cleaning the floor with the same unwashed hand she was serving Pizza to customers, even after pointing out the mistake she didn't accept it.

Good and affordable pizza is here. Most of the stuff is great except for the cheese burst. Just don't buy that.
