The pizzas here are so dry and the employees don’t pick call too the worst dominoes I’ve ever been

In summer the AC is not working when asked the employee told it will automatically on from 7:00 PM not sure how and the logic behind it. In that case the outlet should be opened from 07:00 PM only. And when we tried placing an order they didn’t take and asked us to book online if that is the case it should be mentioned somewhere on the website or outside the outlet. Just waste of time by going till the outlet and it’s very disappointing that they didn’t take the order. The response given to the customer was quite rude and would have been more professional especially while addressing a pregnant woman, old age people or challenged people. Never expected this from Domino’s
