This place really sucks bruh. I had ordered some combo which looked really great in the advertisement, but once it was ready, it just looked bad. And when I say bad, I mean horrible. To the point where I felt bad giving this to mom since she was interested when ordering it. Not only that, but it was missing food too (2 small veggie nuggets unlike the 3 large ones shown on the advertisement, a small container having barely any sauce, unlike the add where you could dip the food into it). When I asked the staff about, expecting I could at least get one more nugget, they seriously called over the manager, just to say that that's how it's done. I replied back that it was false advertising, where all she said was "ok". I had ordered a pepperoni pizza with cheese burst. First of all, I love cheese, but this, this was an abomination. It was just way too much cheese that it kept dripping slightly on the table and i had to squeeze some of it out of the pizza. Seriously bruh. Oh, and they charge 60 rupees for a pepsi, 7-up or any soda bottle, which obviously contains less than a 40 rupees one. Customer care was horrible. I received the text that my order was ready but once I went over to pick it up, they told me to wait for 2-3 mins, but i swear, it took someone over 7-10 mins. All the while when I was waiting for it nearby, it was so obvious that the staff were joking or laughing about me (I'm half-native to Kerala only, so my appearance is kind of different). I just tried to ignore it, but every time i kept looking over, they were just staring back at me, obviously snickering about me. Trash experience. I really believe that Domino's Pizzas are seriously great. But this outlet, it's such a disapointment. 'Domino's Pizza'? More like Domino's Garbage Section.

I had a fantastic experience at Domino's Pizza in Hilite Mall! The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly. I ordered the Pizza Mania Golden Corn, and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the generous topping of golden corn added a delightful sweetness that balanced the flavors perfectly. The portion size was just right, and the price was reasonable. it was a great dining experience, and I'll definitely be coming back for more..
