My recent visit to the Koonamthai Domino's outlet was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I stepped in, I was met with an unhygienic environment. The individual making the pizzas was visibly sweating and shockingly not wearing gloves, which is unacceptable considering food safety standards. To make matters worse, my order (not pizza as I find it unhygienic)took over 30 minutes to be ready. This excessive wait time only added to my frustration. However, what truly ruined the experience for me was the rude attitude of the staff member who served me. Their lack of professionalism and dismissive behavior was appalling. I provided feedback about my experience, hoping for a resolution, but unfortunately, the response from your end was equally disappointing. It's disheartening to receive such poor customer service, especially after a negative encounter. Overall, my experience at your Koonamthai outlet was one of the worst I've had. I urge the management to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar experiences in the future.
