Hi, everything is good but waiting time too much, as I feel you are giving me pizza free of cost, 10mnt waiting time is ok but over 30 minute waiting time not considerable if I paid order amount before billing, it mean need to improve your service

I am sharing my recent service experience with dominos... Apart from great taste that i personally enjoy from years, i have been eating in dominos at various outlets across india.... while making an online order from the application, i selected the wrong store in a different city and made payment also. When the order was ready, they called me, and i realised i made a mistake, and i also accepted it. But the manager of the store immediately agreed to cancel the order and made a refund in my app wallet. It was a wonderful experience that without any query, they agreed and made a refund. I was really happy and thanked them for the great support. Customer Happiness index is off the charts..😉😀 👍
