"I ordered a pizza for delivery and was a little busy doing my household work. I didn't notice any calls, although I had my phone with me the whole time. After realizing it had been more than 30 minutes, I checked my call log and saw a missed call 20 minutes ago. I called back to inquire, but the delivery person was so rude, asking me what time I was calling. Now the order is cancelled. In the background, he was cracking jokes and laughing with his friends. I understand it was my mistake to miss the call, but at least he could have tried calling a few more times. Why is their service so poor? They are one of the top pizza brands in India, and yet they have poor customer service. They hardly even have any dining area in their restaurant. They charge so much for delivery; the least they can provide is good service."
