Third class down market behaviour of " "Manager" and DM. Manager Nagaraj is abusive and has no customer service decorum. Pathetic experience especially the DM backs this behaviour and supports the unprofessional manager

They took a lot of time to deliver on the table which we dine in order

They don't have proper management, nobody at the counter to take the order, from kitchen they inform orders only on the online. Food will get after 30 min. They mentioned Birthday treat nothing they doing.
