Extremely disappointing experience with Domino’s. I placed a COD order, and the delivery partner never delivered the food but still asked for the OTP and took the order with him. He even started arguing with us at 4 AM, falsely claiming that he came and we didn’t show up — which is completely untrue. After wasting over 2 hours, he switched off his phone and disappeared. This is highly unprofessional and feels like a scam. Domino’s, please look into this and take strict action against such delivery partners. Totally unacceptable experience.
