Q.1. Is there any membership fee involved?
This membership and its benefits are being offered to you free of cost from Dominos. There are no hidden charges/costs involved.
Q.2. How many points do I get for each purchase? How much is each point worth?
It is a slab based system wherein your point's % keeps increasing as you pass through each slab. Please refer to the matrix below for reference

Q.3.What is the validity of this Program?
This program is valid on all our products, for take away, delivery and dine-in across India. All you need to do is provide the Phone number at the time of placing an order. The points will automatically be credited onto your account.
Q.4. . What is the procedure for redemption?
You can redeem your points online at www.dominos.co.in/orderonline Once the order is finalized, you will see “Reward Points” as a payment option. You can simply pay the bill partially or fully through reward points and the balance by cash on delivery.
Q.5.Do I need to mention that I am a Dominos Uppercrust Member, every time I place order?
No, you just need to provide us with the Phone number at the time of placing the order. The points will be added onto your account. This is valid for all types of orders – takeaway, home delivery and dine-in.
Q.6.Can I share this membership with friends and family?
The membership is valid on your phone number only.
Q.7. How long is this membership valid?
This membership is valid for one year only.
Q.8.How do I renew the membership?
This will happen automatically by the end of 1 year of membership. Based on your purchase pattern we will upgrade you with additional benefits.
Q.9. Can I refer other people for this program?
No, currently this program is only by invitation for few esteemed customers like you.
Q.10. What happens to my points if my order is delivered late?
In case your order is delivered late, you are entitled for 30 minutes or free guarantee (as per the company’s policy). However on account of this even if your bill amount becomes zero, you will still be entitled for the points accumulated on the original bill amount.
Q.11.How do I inform you of the change in my phone number?

Q.12.What is the procedure to inform you incase my points have not been credited correctly?

Q.13.What are the formalities incase the primary phone number is changed?
We will credit all your points to the new number in this case.
Q.14.What happens to my points after 1 year if I don't use them?
All the points will be negated in such case and your membership may be cancelled. You must remain to be an active member of the program.
