Terms & Conditions
- This is an exclusive membership for "DOMINO'S UPPER CRUST CLUB". The Enrollment is only by Invitation from Jubilant Foodworks.
- Please note the membership cannot be passed on to anybody.
- The enrolling members have to ensure that they furnish information in its true form and any wrongly represented information will result in permanent disqualification, from the Program and any further schemes run by Jubilant Foodworks.
- Jubilant Foodworks reserves the right to change, modify, alter or close “DOMINO’S UPPER CRUST CLUB” at any point of time without giving any reason(s) for the same.
- Jubilant Foodworks reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the Program and any other company or agency run program, without assigning any reason / justification thereof to the aggrieved customer or any other person represented by the customer.
- All participating customers should compulsorily have a mobile no. contact, which should be detailed in the registration form enclosed herewith. Jubilant Foodworks will not be responsible for any mails or text message transmitted from those mobile nos.
- Only purchases from an authorized Jubilant Foodworks outlet will be eligible under this Rewards Program.
- The Points will be computed and tracked regularly. The members would be notified on a regular basis on their respective "Point Status" either through an email or through an SMS on the mobile no. furnished by them at the time of Registration. Any clarifications or changes must be communicated within one month of receiving the SMS and/or mail.
- Jubilant Foodworks computation of the points earned shall be final, conclusive and binding on the members and will not be liable to be disputed or questioned.
- The members do not have the option to take cash in lieu of the points. The points will be redeemed only against a future purchase made at any of the authorized Jubilant Foodworks outlets across India.
- Jubilant Foodworks or its Managing Agency is not responsible for delays in courier/ post for the documentation to be received as part of the program.
- Jubilant Foodworks or its Agency will not be responsible for cards stolen, damaged or lost in transit.
- The points accrued on a particular membership card are valid only for the validity period of that card – One Year, post which the points would stand lapsed and invalid.
- There is no limit to the maximum no. of accrued points, which a member can accumulate. However, if there is no transaction being made by you for a period of more than 365 days all the accumulated points will be lapsed and the membership will be cancelled.
- Points redeemed on a particular purchase cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- In case of any disputes over the Program implementation, the same will be within the jurisdiction of Delhi High Court.
