When I wanted to raise a concern in the app it wrongly showed it got delivered in 28 mins which is incorrect. When I inquired delivery agent he told me he has been assigned 2 order deliveries hence my order got delayed.

I have called the store manager multiple times and he always says the refund is in progress also sent multiple emails to guest care but they also stopped responding.
