Whats the New year but a time for new beginning!! Time to let go off the old habits and unravel a new you!! Make changes and welcome this new year with a pledge.. a resolution, to be better than before!! So whether it’s kicking out an old habit, or making a new one..Just promise yourself a transformation that you need.. Coz If there was a time to do it.. It is NOW!!

So what’s your new year resolution? What is your goal for this year??

 As for us.. we promise to deliver not just mouthwatering pizzas..but smiles.. coz we want to take Khushiyon ki home delivery to the next level! And what’s a better excuse than a new year to do so! So here’s wishing our lovers a very happy new year.. We pray that your year be filled with health, wealth, prosperity and Domino’s Pizzas ofcourse!! Cos Domino’s is the new name for Happiness!! Care for some??

  1. I placed an order on New Year’s eve. I was told the the order would be delivered after 1.30 hours since a lot of orders had already been booked – which is very understandable. So finally when eagerly awaited PIZZAS arrived – it was quite dissapointing as there were hardly any toppings on a FEAST PIZZA i.e. MEATZZA and little Cheese on a Double Cheese Margheritta. So yes Domino’s does needs to improve on the promise of Khushuyon Ki Home Delivery – cause I was quite Cheesed Of with my order…

  2. I am regular user of dominos. Recently a new outlet of Domino opened at Nizampet Road, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Last time when i ordered Farmhouse to my surprise there was no Mushroom in it. Also while ordering i requested person to send some extra seasoning and he told that delivery boy caries extra seasoning and he will give me. When i asked delivery boy he said he do not have. Today when I ordered Rs. 400+ order including pizza+coke+2portion of garlic bread and gave discount coupon number to person he initially said its 20% discount on just pizza. When i reminded him that discount coupon says that discount is on bill amount not on just pizza he checked with many people at his outlet and finally offered me 20% discunt on entire bill amount. It is very surprising to me that company like DOMINO do not have standard process. Either their staff not fully trained or they try to make fool of customer. Same experiance I had with Domino’s Kukatpally outlet where I was ordering until Nizampet Road outlet opened.

    Today I thought to put my commnets here so that somone who is responsible look into it and take corrective action to save image and make customer happy.

  3. Dear Mr. Ajay Kaul,

    Wishing you a very Happy New Year.

    I would like to bring into your kind notice of exaggerated pricing of pizza’s. We have been ordering SMALL PANEER pizza and it is costing Rs. 185 including tax in bangalore.

    My personal take is that it is highly overpriced and if you don’t control the price immediately , your business model would not be sustainable. This is an early warning & you should take immediate action. I have seen businesses closing down overnight on wrong fundamental.

    Pricing model would be moderate for middle-class, for high class this is fine but for middle class it is extremely hurting the purse. I do understand the making cost is exteremely.

    Take action before downturn starts, No one can time the downturn.

I placed an order online on 8-1-2012 @ 9.10 pm , i called up the 7 phone nos(REPEATEDLY) of the bhattar branch (Surat) none of them picked up and at 10.30 i receive a call saying ” we have dispatched the order 15 mins back and because of the delay we offer you a discount of Rs 300 on your billing amount ” and here i am @ 10.45 pm writing this blog without any MOUTH WATERING PIZZAS or anything near that . This is the most pathetic experience of ordering online … KINDLY DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY AS ITS NOT ONE ITS A PAIN AND I AM SURE YOU’LL HAVE TO STARVE OVER YOUR RECEIVED DISCOUNTS… This was not expected from such a well established Pizza chain.

  6. We customers must be nuts to order from dominos…. It sems this is what your staff at sector 11, rohini, delhi seems to believe in. I would like to share my experience while placing order today. You guys surely are the most unproffessional lot…

    I called the above mentioned outlet to place order. A female voice answered my phone in the most incoherent way possible. I couldn’t get her name or anything else for that matter that she tried to convey. Anyways i proceeded with my order and told her i’d be using a discount coupon.

    Suddenly i hear a male voice on the call. Maybe “her highness” didn’t want to speak to lowly customers like myself who have been patronizing the very outlet where she is working, since the outlet came up.

    Anyways i am made to repeat my order!!! This is worst than some PSUs which make it a point to ensure that the customer is not made to repeat himself. I also found it VERY RUDE that my call was transferred without informing me leave alone asking for my permission for the same. After having repeated myself i asked the caller to identify himself. He id’ed himself as brijender. I wanted to raise this matter to the manager to which he replied he is the manager of the outlet. Anyways i appraised him of how bad i felt due to such unproffessional and callous attitude of the staff. I’ve also given a couple of special instructions for my order. Still waiting to see if they do take care of the same or not.

    I want to be treated special EVERYTIME i call in to place order. Afterall i am paying you shameless creatures my hard-earned money. If it is not possible for you guys, bloody hell, have the balls to tell me this on my face…

  7. You know what…. My guess was absolutely right!!! Dominos ensured that not only I got the worst pizza ordering experience but also I got COLD pizza!!! Isn’t SERVING COLD FOOD a cardinal sin???

    Further to my communiqué as appended below, the pizza and garlic bread delivered to me were not at all edible. Reason : they were COLD!!!

    Is it some kind of vendetta cauz I wrote the following mail to you guys??? I wouldn’t be surprised if your answer be “yes”.

    And that’s not all. I received a call from “Mohit” from your sector – 11, Rohini, Delhi outlet who identified himself as shift manager and also wanted to extend apology for what happened on the call earlier in the day. How pathetic an attempt by dominos to sweep my complaint under the carpet!!! do you really think your customers must forgive and forget such bad experiences which are RUDE to the highest extent???

    1. May I ask you why was he extending an apology for what was done by manager/executive of morning shift (he explained the goof up was done by morning shift).

    2. Why he had no answer for my complaint that I received COLD pizzas??? Was he instructed to just call me and apologize and it was expected that as a foolish customer I will bury the issue and order once again from you highly irresponsible, un-professional and rude people??

    3. Why I always have to give “special instructions” viz : 1. Pizzas should be well done with enough amount of toppings neither burnt nor left undercooked and 2. Pizza should be sent carefully so as NEVER to touch the upper layer of the packing box and ruin the toppings.


    4. While your manager – Mr. mohit – said that customer is king, why does it NEVER reflects in any of your actions???

    Do you guys really think that you will get another offer from me??? But then you never cared for old customers like me who like fools always cared to give you guys another chance… but maybe never again!!!!

    You guys are the worst in customer service and now you are the worst pizza makers of all time. You know there are many other outlets out there who will service me the way I like. To hell with SHAMELESS, MOST UN-PROFESSIONAL, PATHETIC CREATURES WORKING WITH/FOR DOMINOS!!!

  9. pathetic customer service from Dominos Tavarekere branch! Order pizza on Jan11th at around 8:30 pm and my place is just about 10 minutes drive from the outlet ! They say Men dont ask for directions but Dominos delivery person will prove that theory wrong! after 20 minutes from placing the order, i usually get couple of calls on which turn ,right or left even after giving clear instructions ,directions and nearest landmark while making order and also made a point to store this information as part of my address ! Phew after all my place is just a stone throw away distance from the main road !! By this time ,u would have made up mind that you are not going to get the Pizza on so called 30 minutes time ,I being a regular knows that i get pizza only after 45th minute even after repeated complaints to the outlet manager on the delay but on this instance (11th Jan), even after a hour i didn’t get any calls so i had called them back to check on the status! female voice answered the call , i had explained everything and asked her to check with the delivery status , she’s not sure where is the delivery person but said i will be getting the Pizza in 15 minutes in time !i.e 1.15 minutes after ordering the Pizza ! I said I dont need pizza want to cancel the order and she without informing me passed on the Phone to someone else ! this time a male voice ,i had to explain everything all over again ! after wasting 5 minutes over this discussion ,he assured that i will be getting the Pizza in 15 minutes time!! I eventually canceled the order but here comes another twist, after 15 minutes i got a call dominos pizza delivery asking for directions to my house ! Again i had to convince him that I had already canceled the order ,asked him to check with his store!! I had to encounter the madness in the name of customer delight! I ended up wasting 1 hr time and 20 rupees in my call charges nd more importantly my peace of mind !stop talking customer for a ride!
    Customer retention goes hand in hand with Customer delight!

    BURST DOUBLE PIZZA , The cheese quantity is drastically compromised , so less cheese what’s the point of buying
    BURST DOUBLE and paying extra if you get robbed of the quantity of cheese. The ChocLava Cake is also below standard. This is daylight robbery. I have have the same stuff at other dominos locations . I may avoid any dominos outlet in future. I feel cheated. Also no place to complain. Is there a quality check in place for franchise, I seriously doubt it. Domot go to Dominos at infinity malad west , i would never advice to go to any dominos ever. Avoid getting cheated on the quantity of cheese

  13. hey guys i would like tell you about a new way dominos have found to EXPLOIT the consumers ……. the delivery guarantee which they offer is for 30 mins . The experience which happened with me recently . I had ordered a pizza at about 8.20 , i got the pizza by 9 o clock with bill showing that the punched time was 8.29 , on speaking to the manager he told me that the employee could not do such a thing . This has happened with me twice

  14. I always had an excellent experience, before we called the new domino’s outlet at ”
    Soul Space Arena, Total Mall, Soul Space Doddan ekkundi, Outer Ring Road, Doddane kundi Extension, Bangalore”

    They not only brought the pizza after 80mins but also it was icy cold. On top of that they promised that they will rectify their mistake by sending the same order again next day.
    Forget about the pizza they were not even keeping up the phone.
    What a shame

  15. Hi…I came from office 9.40p.m and found nothing to eat at home. Felt very hungry n tired and no energy to cook.So thought lets try Dominos Pizza tonight.Today was my first order through online. I ordered late at 10 p.m. and surprised to get it delivered before 30 mins. A very active boy named “Abhijit Naskar” from New Alipore Branch delivered My Hot Cheese Burst Pizza. Felt very happy to meet him with his good behaviour. Wish him Good Luck And Drive Safe. Tonight ….Thanx to Dominos Pizza for feeding my hunger. Good Night!..Pushkar

    I have been a customer of Dominos for a very long time and I am happy to say that I switched from Pizza Hut because of Dominos’ better taste and services.

    With that said, I would like to highlight my experience with Dominos, especially with one of the outlets of Dominos here at Lucknow. This has become my worst nightmare and leaves me in a dilemma that did I really made a correct decision of switching from Pizza hut to Dominos or not?

    I place online orders if I am getting the food delivered at my home address. While placing the order online, the website automatically picks a nearest outlet for home delivery. This outlet is

    PH.NO. 05224157900

    Let me be candid and tell you that this outlet is the worst service provider among all that I have visited or placed orders across the country.

    I would like to share an incident that happened yesterday.

    Series if events:

    • Placed online order at 10:18:14 PM 06/11/2015
    • Never received a confirmation call from the outlet
    • I called up the outlet and confirm the order
    • The advisor (Rupesh Kumar) answered the call and told me that the order will take 40-45 mins to get delivered.
    • This would have been the 10th or 15th incident when I was told the same statement.
    • I have highlighted this issue multiple times to Dominos over surveys and feedback calls; the order is never delivered on time from this outlet.
    • I was given Rs.300 off on the bill innumerable times. Seriously I am sick and tired of getting this discount and just need my food to be delivered on time.
    • I told all of this to Rupesh Kumar and asked him to deliver the order in 30 mins. To which he denied and transferred the call to his supervisor, putting me on hold without even informing me.
    • Supervisor (Sashi Prakash who works in 1600 hrs to 0100 Hrs shift), comes on the line and straight away said that order will take time to get delivered since there are traffic issues
    • I told him that the place is nearby and there is no traffic since it is already 22:30 Hrs
    • He asked me to hold, checked for the traffic with his colleague and agreed that the order can be delivered within 30 mins from the call.
    • To this I mentioned that it should take 30 mins from order placed time and not the time when the call is made.
    • Than too when I made the call, I did not received any call from the outlet.
    • I asked him to check how many times the order has been delivered late to my address. To which he said that he does not have any such data.
    • Sashi Prakash started a heated conversation and would just not listen to me. He was extremely rude and misbehaved
    • He again offered me Rs. 300 discount, if the order is delivered late. To this I denied and asked him to deliver it in time.
    • The call was disconnected with a heated argument between him and me.

    Just to let all know, this incident is just one of the incidents that I am sharing with the organization. There must have been more than 10 such incidents. I literally have to shout and yell to the employees of this outlet to get my job done.

    I have placed orders in Delhi, Chandigarh, Pune, Mumbai and many other places in this country from Dominos, and this is the kind of services that I get in my home town. This is such a shame for an organization like Dominos.

    I have even made suggestion to Dominos to have my order delivered from the Faizabad Road outlet, since the staff there is awesome. I Love to visit that site, but NARAINA PLAZA, CP65 seriously is a pain to the customers. My sister, my friends all have the same feedback for this site.

    I request all to check my track record and especially the orders that I have placed orders from NARAINA PLAZA, CP65, SECTOR E, SITAPUR ROAD, ALIGANJ, LUCKNOW 226018 PH.NO. 05224157900. Please check how many number of time they have me discounts on late delivery. I think that data would be more than enough for you to understand what I am trying to say.

    A customer is not a beggar, whom you can give discounts and just get away from a major issue.
    Trust me NARAINA PLAZA, CP65, SECTOR E, SITAPUR ROAD, ALIGANJ, LUCKNOW 226018 PH.NO. 05224157900 should be shut down, it’s a huge disgrace to the kind of service that Dominos is capable of delivering.

    I request Dominos to look into this matter. Or else of course I will go back to Pizza hut but at the same time, I will ensure that mailer goes to social networking and also to consumer forum India.

    Do something about it.
