Pathetic service, order got exchanged with another customer plus rotten chicken and under cooked pizza.. we are not even offered a tissue paper. Unpleasant behaviour by staffs

Ordered veg extravaganza regular, chicken supreme cheese burst medium and garlic bread on January 3rd, 2025 and below was the experience. 1. Order was marked as dispatched in the app. After 30 mins of waiting, we found that it was not ready yet and it was wrongly marked as dispatched. 2. Order was then dispatched and reached my doorstep in 35 more minutes. 3. As we opened the meal, we found that the order belonged to someone else 😊. 4. As hungry as we were tried to imagine how being a good human being is more important to chased the delivery boy to come and collect this one and give us what belongs to us. 5. Called up customer service for help and they said that they have lodged a complaint and they will try to resolve this with a refund. 6. Got a call on Jan 4th from who seemed like a settlement lawyer, first trying to ask if we are okay with what happened, do we allow to close the "case", then casually explaining the policy that no matter the harrasment and experience the company/outlet city centre dominos cannot afford to spend more than 300 as compensation. My suggestion was to keep it since I would want them to improve on training and quality aspects.

Atmosphere not healthy . Smelling bad inside . Tables was not clean. Chair was broken. Customer service was not good at all. Went to restaurant and ordered peeper BBQ, spy pops , pepsi. Total cost Rs.470 late night at 10 :30 pm. They served me . told them to pack it as it would be a parcel. Charged Rs.10 for bag . I told them they have not given tomato catchup sachets, pepricorn sachets , and chilli flakes sachets . They said I have to purchase them. I asked why. They said if I would have taken that in resturent then they would have given me sauce bottle, chilli flakes , pepricorn bottle. But in other dominos in Agartala no such behaviour I have found ever. They serve ample amount of sachets whether I dine in / takeaway. But here in city centre dominos shop they are very creep in providing sachets. I don't know why. Infact the bread quality is also bad ( very hard , toppings are also not good , and they fry the bread too much so it seems hard. It is not juicy . Please kindly look into this matter. Atleast with a pizza sachets of sauce, pepricorn, chilliflakes they must provide.
