I had a disappointing experience at this Domino's outlet. It’s consistently short-staffed, which leads to long wait times for your order. Despite Domino's guarantee of delivering hot and fresh pizza within 30 minutes, I’ve experienced delays of 45-50 minutes more often than not. Additionally, the delivery staff seems poorly trained and often struggles to locate the address, which only adds to the frustration. On multiple occasions, I received cold, hard pizzas. Given these repeated issues, I would recommend avoiding this outlet.

Ordered my lunch meal at 2:26 PM, the store calls me at 3:10 saying the order can’t be prepared cause apparently their oven is not working. Like if it was not working, 1. Why did you guys accepted my order. 2. Secondly, even if you guys accepted the order, you shoulve informed me 10 or even 15 mins after my order was received. Id have ordered from somewhere else without leaving a bad review. 3. On the app, it shows my order is “being baked” how the heck can it be baked when it is not even prepared yet? 4. I feel like the 30 mins policy is just a marketing strategy at this point as the food shouldve been delivered within 30 mins but the restaurant is calling me after 45 mins stating my order cannot be prepared. 5. The official number for the store is SWITCHED OFF. The guy called me from some other number! Please fix your whatever machines are broken, fix your laggy app, stick to your freaking policy and have some courtesy to inform if your machines are not working within a reasonable amount of time, not after 45 freaking minutes? Also, lastly, the guy who called was talking normally for a minute but after sometime he started talking to me in a high pitched voice whereas I was talking to him politely with reasonable arguments and even stating him with “sir” respectfully. I can understand things might not work sometimes but there should be a manner how youre talking to your customer? Ive ordered from this restaurant previously as well, but this time was not a good experience. I being a polite customer still ended the call saying I’ll manage and id have not even given this long review if he hadn’t disrespected me. Thanks dominos and please look into the above issues.

The worst garlic bread I have ever eaten in my life .Not cooked stuck on the cardboard of the box and there is water in it when I open they said that it was the onions water no tables were clean Atmosphere was like full smelly pizza and the washroom was very dirty Ihave photo of that dine in restaurant as proof

Consistently getting poor quality food, a food chain where SOPs are defined people just have to follow, and they are unable to do that for cost cutting, serving less stuffing, it only feels like you order bread to eat and no toppings and stuffing on the side, this outlet specifically has hygiene issues, and poor product quality, please don’t order from here, eat from any other outlet but not here
