I ordered a Double Cheese Margherita from Domino’s, but the pizza I received was very disappointing. There was hardly any cheese on it, even though it was supposed to be double cheese, and the pizza was overbaked with a very hard base. This is not the quality I expected. Kindly improve the preparation quality and ensure customers get what they pay for.

Bad service Order #115 This is regarding my cancelled Domino’s order #115 placed on 10th December. I was informed that a refund of ₹490.35 was completed and would reflect within 3–5 business days, but till now no amount has been credited to my account. This delay is unacceptable. I have already checked with my bank and there is no refund received. Please urgently verify this issue and share the refund reference number or immediate resolution. I expect this matter to be resolved without any further delay.
