I placed and paid for a dine-in order at Domino’s Chandkheda, but when I reached the outlet, the staff said dine-in is not available right now and will start only after 12 PM. If dine-in isn’t available, then why does the app still accept dine-in orders and payments? This is very disappointing. They also told me to take it as takeaway, but if I wanted to eat at home, I would have simply selected delivery, where better offers are available. Dine-in orders usually don’t have such offers — that’s why I came personally to the store. If the outlet is not ready to handle dine-in orders at 11 AM, then please don’t accept such orders until the service is available, or only allow them when the store is comfortable to serve. I paid for dine-in, came all the way to the outlet, and now they refuse to serve. This is not acceptable. Please look into this issue seriously and resolve it. Not enough staff and upto mark quality. Dough was already prepared and use same one to handle less staff availability .

Third class pizzas delivered. Pay for most expensive pizzas,deliver the cheapest margarita.No helpline no dominos customer support. Always half cooked. Total nonsense. Wasted money, no customer support of dominos. No helpline.complaints closed without even asking customer.

Not hygienic and always number of staffs are lesser then needed. Hence, service suffers
