If there is a word worse than “pathetic,” I would use it for the Domino’s Ellis Bridge branch. This is the third time I ordered a Cheese Burst Margherita along with other items, and once again the pizza was completely cold. The top layer was hard and dry, as if it was prepared long back and just reheated for a minute before delivery. The same thing happened earlier, but I ignored it thinking they might be having some issues. Today was the final straw. I had guests at my place, and I felt genuinely embarrassed serving such food. On top of that, the delivery was late. When I told the delivery person that the pizza felt cold, he casually replied that he came directly with my order. Honestly, that response was unbelievable. This was a really disappointing experience, and I will never order from this Domino’s location again.

No maintenance at all. Not a single table was clean. Even the ACs are not working.
