I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 garlic bread.That time my grand total was 248 rs including all taxes and offers.Then delivery person came to me and he said I have to paid 46 rs extra.And I don't have any idea about what charges it was.That time he call at outlet and the lady told him to cancle the order. And that's not the correct way to deal with customer.Then personally I call her that time she told me their is system issue and you have to pay the charges, but that's not our problem and she cut the call while I was speaking. I am also from the hospitality sector and yes we know how to deal with guest..Please think about it ok.

Worst experience ... atmosphere still good ...cause one of the staff member ...who is mid of the age , he is continuously trying to clean that are ...but the biling counter employee and one of another totally arrogant... We need ketchup ...cause of rainy season flewing bugs are there ..so we can't approach for open ketchup bottle

Store was not proper cleaned. We could not find clean table where we can sit and eat. Even washroom also in pathetic condition just like public toilet. hence, we left the store immediately.
