I visited the Domino's Pizza outlet in Sector 11, Gandhinagar yesterday, and I'm deeply disappointed with the dine-in experience. The seating area was unclean, with visible dirt and an unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to sit and eat. The washroom was in terrible condition—comparable to a public toilet—and clearly not maintained to basic hygiene standards. To make matters worse, the AC was not functioning, adding to the discomfort. It's disheartening because customers pay a premium for food and service, yet the environment fails to meet even minimal cleanliness expectations. Domino's should conduct regular audits across all outlets to ensure hygiene, functionality, and customer comfort are consistently upheld. This outlet urgently needs attention and improvement.
