I usually don’t write reviews, but today I had to. First, I went to the outlet to order. They told me to come back after 30 minutes. Instead of waiting, I ordered from the app. Only then did they start making the pizza. No coordination, no clarity. Now the pizza itself — absolutely disappointing. This was supposed to be a Farmhouse Cheese Burst, priced at ₹261, but what I got was just plain cheese loaded with random vegetables. No balance, no flavour, no quality. Calling this a Farmhouse is honestly misleading. To make things worse, while I was leaving, an uncle from the staff asked for my phone, saying there was a message from Domino’s. Without my consent, he gave a 5-star rating for everything himself. That is completely unacceptable and unethical. This was a really bad experience overall — bad service, bad food, and wrong practices. At this price point, this quality is not acceptable at all.

There was only one employee to take order and Cook. Basically he was doing everything. So we had to wait 10 min just to order our food. Though at that time there was no queue. No issue with the food. It was Great!
