Subject: Extremely Disappointed – Poor Hygiene and Service I visited the Domino's at Paldi Bhattha recently and was shocked by the state of the outlet. The experience was far below the standard expected of such a well-known brand. Key Issues: Unhygienic Environment: Most of the tables were covered in leftover food, empty pizza boxes, and used tissues. It felt like the seating area hadn't been cleared or cleaned in a long time. Lack of Maintenance: The outlet felt messy and neglected. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when you have to sit next to someone else's trash. Poor Service: Staff seemed indifferent to the cleanliness of the dining area, which is unacceptable for a food establishment. I would not recommend this branch if you are looking for a clean place to eat. Domino's management needs to look into the upkeep of this specific location immediately.

I ordered pizza from Domino’s, but 2 ketchup sachets were missing from my order. The food was okay, but such small things matter for customer satisfaction. I hope the team pays more attention in the future
