Extremely disappointing experience with Domino’s and Zomato. The app initially showed delivery within 20 minutes, but the order was delivered after more than 60 minutes. There was no proper communication or justification for such a delay. I ordered a Cheese Burst pizza, but there was literally no cheese inside. If Domino’s cannot even provide basic ingredients for what they advertise, why are they running this business at all? The pizza looked like it was made in a hurry, tasted bad, and the overall quality was extremely poor. The pizza box was not sealed, which is completely unacceptable. There was also no pizza stand inside the box, so the toppings stuck to the lid and ruined the pizza. This shows a very low standard of preparation and quality control. Zomato’s service was equally bad. There was no option to cancel the order despite the long delay. When I tried calling the restaurant, they didn’t answer multiple times. When they finally picked up and I asked if it was Domino’s, they hung up the call. Overall, a super low-quality experience from both Domino’s and Zomato. Good thing I ordered only one pizza. Definitely not ordering again.

They are scamming customers. Doesn’t make the bills. Always say online machine not working pay in cash and doesn’t give the receipt. The good and quality of the service is hazardous. We are shocked to see this center is still operating by Dominos India.

domino's day by day decrease his value. thay have no online payment facilities. totally worst place table, chair , toilet every thik.i thing it's place out side is dirtiest definitely inside more dirtiest than outside.

have visited this outlet multiple times. They advertise the 99 Lunch Fest combo, but it is said to be available only between 12 PM to 3 PM, and even during this time, the combo is hardly ever available. The biggest issue is the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. Simple questions about offers are not answered properly, and the tone of communication is very disappointing. If an offer is being promoted, it should be clearly available or properly communicated. This kind of service is not expected from a brand like Domino’s. Management should seriously look into staff behavior and offer transparency.
