The place was completely sealed shut and the AC wasn’t turned on…when requested they said all the AC’s are broken…there was no air and it was hot and uncomfortable…and the food wasn’t upto expectations either…please visit your outlets frequently to see if the ambiance is upto mark..it was no doubt there were no other people there….ive never been so relieved stepping out of Dominos ever in my life…

This is the worst outlet of dominoes I have ever went the way the staff behaved with us at a point it was so racist to us there is this girl with a big mole in her cheeks please if the manager is reading this I hope you fire her as soon as possible , You all mislead the customer with wrong menucard when your system has already been updated with fresh price list and then you all shout at us that we ate and payed so why are we fighting , you all don’t know how to do customer service and then keep on blaming the customer that customer is careless , Yall better be thankful that I didn’t complain further and make you all miserable. The worst dominoes outlet you all could ever visit please don’t visit here

They keep their older menu and they don't give you whole detailed bill where you can see how much they charged you and when you ask them for the bill breakdown they'll tell you they have the revised menu in their system. What fraudery is this??? Then why are they giving the older menu to people? We were in a group we ate and then we were just checking how they charged us as the bill was 2000+ and we didn't order much it was maximum worth 1500 so we were not able to understand how the bill was so much. So we asked for the detailed breakdown of the bill when we confronted this issue, one staff started calculating but the two girls on the bill counter stopped him and started shouting so loudly it was a traumatising experience as a tourist. Even one local started supporting them in mizo and we were not able to understand. There was one girl on the counter with a mole she was so rude she started shouting at us don't ever visit again you ate you paid the bill now why are you asking. Why won't we??? We have full liberty to ask for the bill as a responsible customer as we are paying money for the food and the service they are not feeding us for free. I don't even understand how the locals were OK with this paying and not knowing what they are paying for? This is just about our experience with the staff talking about other things their ac was not working their water cooler was not working. They don't have the regular pizza option as well. Worst experience don't ever visit this fraud outlet!!! And if the manager is reading this review remove that mole girl from the job otherwise your outlet is going to get closed.

I'll start with the positives. The view is great. And that's it. There's a lot of space for improvement, particularly the management. First time I arrived, they run out of gas so they couldn't cook anything. Second time I arrived, the air conditioning was not working, nor the windows could be opened, so the air was bad. I asked if we can turn on the air conditioning but the staff told me that the wiring or electricity for the air conditioning was not working at all. Overall a bad experience...
