Only name, no washroom facility, no drinking water, ac not working and only one person available around 10 pm , same person took order and same prepared the pizza. Pathetic condition, sitting was full of smell and unhygienic.

I had a very bad experience at Domino’s in Alwar. The staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and hygiene. The same person who was handling the pizza base was also making the pizzas – all without wearing any gloves. It was shocking to witness such negligence, especially from a brand like Domino’s which is known for its standards. There was absolutely no hygiene being followed inside the kitchen. I have recorded a video as proof and attached the same. To add to the discomfort, there was no air conditioning working in the customer area, while the AC in the working area for staff was functioning. It felt like customer comfort was not a priority at all. The service was poor, the staff was unprofessional, and the overall environment was disappointing. It’s truly heartbreaking to see a big brand like Domino’s failing at such basic levels of cleanliness and service. People choose Domino’s over local options thinking it's a clean and hygienic place to eat – but after this experience, even street food seems like a better option. This needs to be addressed seriously – or it’s a shame to carry the Domino’s name with such subpar service.

I hate the dominos I doesn't like chiken tacoo in 85 rs the only send 1 but on app 2 and chiken is also not fully baked from inside, kindly baked chicken properly! And the said we refund u in dominos point in 5 dayes but didn't receive till now , DISAPPOINTED
