Poor delivery service. They don't follow 30 minute guarantee. The delivery boy before reaching destination puts the status as Arrived in the App so as to comply 30 minute criteria.

Very disappointed with today’s experience. I had guests at home, so I placed an order expecting timely delivery as promised (25 minutes). However, the order took more than an hour to arrive, which was really inconvenient and embarrassing in front of guests. On top of that, the order wasn’t even properly packed or presented. This is not the kind of service expected from Domino’s. Please improve your delivery timing and quality standards.

Very bad experience,no adequate staff , dirty place,dirty bathroom ,non professional staff , manager is treating customers as she is boss, she is rude to customer s 😔 cooking staff using phone , no proper hygiene, I have no idea ,how such trashy place is in business , Need professional staff and upgradation , even they have no proper supplies
