I do not understand genuinely, why people responsible for taking order on counters have be on personal phone, discussing there personal problems, while a valued customer is trying to place their order. It is extremely disrespectful.

Dominos pizza at shrishti nagar mall too much chaos always waited for dine in like 25-30 mins for food there service is poor and main thing is that everyone is busy in kitchen no one is there to take responsibility of front desk further it is not self service than why the hell they call in by name to desk to give food? what the hell they are not adding that money in bill?

No general complains about the place as such.. But i have a very specific one.. Us friends order a large pizza and told them to customize it to serve 9 people.. Means we specifically told them to cut nine pieces instead of the regular 8. And they did do it.. But in a hilariously stupid way.. They cut the regular 8 pieces and then cut one of the pieces into half to make it nine.. Fact of the story- Dominoes can't or won't customize cutting a pizza for you. Thank you. P.S.- the pizza was delicious and delivered on time with lots of condiments.
