Extremely Disappointed with Service Order Date & Time: 27 Sept 2025, 8:52 PM Restaurant: Shop No.111 & 112, Upper Ground Floor, Tapadia Circle, Nirala Bazar This is the second time I’ve faced such poor service from this restaurant. I placed my order at 8:52 PM, and even after almost 2 hours, the food was still not delivered. The delivery address is just 0.3 km (300 meters) away, so there’s no reason for such a long delay. I also tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but the call never connected and showed “service not available.” There was no update or call from any delivery agent either. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. This level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable.
