Order sourdough creamy truffle mushroom pizza which doesn’t contain capsicum but added capsicum….no oregano provided when asked it was out of stock….washroom was closed no wash basin

Google is kind enough to not have an option for a negative rating. I have never had a good experience with this place. Either items like extra cheese dips are missing, or the pizza boxes are tampered, or the pizzas inside them are squished. Delivery staff refuse to give the brown paper paper that has the seasoning stating that the bag is chargeable(10 rupees) while the order exceeds 1000 rupees. They are always in too much hurry. And please dont order home delivery. They can take upto two hours to deliver your order or more. Depends on your luck. The customer service is beyond horrible. There are no options to complain. They just give the number of the store and nobody ever picks up the phone. Its a hopeless place for a brand as big as dominos. Hope the place shuts down.
