The dominos store in badlapur(W) is a total mess. Sitting area is an absolute garbage place. The cushions of sofa are all torn, chairs are broken, tables are wobbling, AC is not working. It’s pretty bad to accommodate without AC in summer. Staff were busy with their personal friends rather than focusing on the actual customers in the store who are going through a very very bad experience.

Just visited and after seeing the place don't want to go again. So untidy I can see dust and spider webs everywhere. Floor, Chairs and Sofas are dirty and broken. Unexpectedly and highly disappointed.

The store manager was taking order. He was refusing to serve pizza mania as it was of low price and pushed us to buy unnecessary expensive pizza. He was rude and arguing. The washroom was not available because it was not clean and no water supply.
