Yesterday we went to this store and ordered pizza and Mirinda. We were waiting for our order and it took 40 mins for them to give our order. Still we stayed silent and we thought no problem as we were not that hungry so we silently waited. When we went to take our order the girl said Mirinda is not there. I said you could have informed me earlier that Mirinda is not there. Then the MANAGER NAMED ISHWAR came into the picture. He said it was there at the time of order but now it's finished. We said just think how much time you took to give one pizza that your drink got over. It took 40 mins, if we order for home delivery also we get pizza within 30 minutes. He started shouting at us saying I have so many orders pending. If you are coming here that means you have to wait for 40 mins to 1 hour. I said you could've informed us earlier while placing the order that it will take 40-60 mins. We asked him to refund the amount for the cold drink as we didn't want Pepsi. He refused and said we can't refund. If it gets over that's not my fault. We said then how it's our fault that it gets over. He then picked the pizza which was kept on the counter and threw that and asked his staff to refund the amount in the wallet. Then he talked to us very rudely. He shouted at us saying teri galati hai, tu pucha q nahi order karne k time. Meri galati nahi hai, he said many things to us. I said why are you shouting and is this the way to talk? I am saying ''Aap" and you are saying "Tu" to us. Pathetic and horrible experience, I will never ever visit that store.
