Hope I could give negative rating. Pathetic service. Ordered yesterday evening around 7.40 pm , It came after 1 hr with 3 out of 8 items missing, one of them damaged and the entire order cold. I told the delivery guy to take back entire order and don’t mark it as delivered. Then I called store to cancel it and refund the amount and they said they have done it. But after sometime I checked that it’s showing as delivered. When I called back they told that the delivery guy has marked it as delivered and they cannot refund the amount. Absolute pathetic service causing customer harassment and kids staying hungry for such a long time due to their stupidity.

I placed an order from Domino’s last night around 1:20 AM with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 minutes. Shockingly, the order arrived almost 2 hours later, around 3 AM. The food was completely cold, and one of the pizzas was in terrible condition, completely ruined. The rest weren’t properly baked either and tasted undercooked. This isn’t the first time this has happened, weekend orders are consistently mismanaged. Despite raising the issue, all I got was constant escalation with no resolution. The store staff kept saying “I’ll let you know shortly” and kept stalling. After the order finally arrived, I spent more time arguing with customer care than enjoying the food. Eventually, they just asked me to wait, possibly until morning! This level of service is unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and food quality, I’d strongly recommend avoiding weekend orders from this outlet.
