Horrible service. No one at the counter to take orders even after shouting. Simply lazy or preoccupied to look at and ask what the customers want. Just one card of Menu.. customers awaiting their Turn for it..

From the last 2 orders they are delivering pizza after 1 hour. Even after multiple calls they are not responding

I ordered online at 7PM and kept calling the delivery guy. He said he is coming in 2 min and never came. When I called the store several times got to know that order was delivered at wrong place. They said they are resending the order. I kept waiting and calling the store. Lastly they sent the order at 9:30 PM only with extremely cold and stale pizzas. The veg pizza was having all rice as topping apart from other topping. Seems like leftover rice was added as topping.... I called store to inform that food was of poor quality and very cold. They said they have so many orders. I had very horrible experience in Gunjur Store.

Worst experience, they didn’t deliver in 20 or 30 minutes and if you call them for status then they talk rudely. One day they cancelled the order to avoid penalty of ₹200. Cheap mentality, try other pizza eateries.
