Order was promised in 20 mins but not yet delivered even after 1 Hr 20 Mins. The store is totally irresponsible in addressing the concern of the customer. Pathetic customer support, everything is virtual as if they are the inventors of AI. No live support. Disastrous experience. 0000000 stars

Every time I order from this place.. they deliver it late ..they didn't pick up the call. The delivery guy is very rude .. not a single time they deliver on time. Today I ordered the pizza one hour back.. still they are showing 13 min slight delay and all.. and it happening from my past 5-6 orders..no response at all..

They are frauds! They confirm the order and keep you waiting for hours together without delivering it. There’s no support chat or number you can contact to get any updates. The store number that they provide in dominos app is always switched off. I didn’t receive my order even after 4+ hours and I quit on it after trying to get any help from their support for more than 2 hours. I lost ₹2800 to these frauds.
