This outlet is so poor at time management, they are unable to correctly estimate the preparation and delivery time for a delivery location that is barely 1.1 km from their outlet. I ordered directly from their app yesterday at 9.22 PM, and was given a delivery estimate of 30 minutes. Instead, it got delayed with no response and no method of contacting the store phone number. The number was constantly coming as busy and engaged, I'm likely to think they just took their landline phone off the hook and kept it. I finally got my order around 10.40 PM with no prior intimation or apology. The pizza I received was totally cold and chewy, like it was made ages ago and was just sitting outside for a long time. I would highly discourage anyone from going to this particular outlet.

Recently i placed order for one barbeque pizza and one sausage pizza. Instead of that they gave both sausage pizzas. Seriously I'm confused that these guys are not giving any value for the customer's preference. Should i consume what they serve instead of my preference? And these order placed through Swiggy Application. When i asked for help they were also not responding.

Don’t order from this store. All contact numbers will not be reachable. By chance if store person picks the call they will leave the receiver on and not answer. Fraud store.
