Worst to the core … not at all recommended… very bad experience unexpected visit to waste money

🪴Average Experience – Could Be Much Better🪴 Quick service but average quality — could use a bit more care with toppings and freshness. I ordered from Domino’s Pizza, Balaji Layout, and honestly, it was an okay experience — not bad, but not great either. 🍕 What’s Good: • The pizza taste was decent, just like you’d expect from Domino’s — fresh crust and good toppings. • Delivery was on time, and the staff at the counter were polite and quick to pack the order. • Store was clean, and easy to find with basic seating for takeaways. ⚙️ What Can Improve: • Cheese and topping quantity felt less than usual — didn’t have that classic Domino’s richness. • Temperature of the pizza could’ve been better; it wasn’t piping hot when delivered. • Service attention needs improvement — the staff seemed a bit rushed and not too focused on customer interaction. • Would also love to see more consistency between dine-in and delivery orders. ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ✅ Final Verdict: Domino’s Balaji Layout is a decent spot for a quick bite or delivery when you crave pizza, but there’s definitely room for improvement in food quality and customer service. This outlet has very poor customer service. We found hair in the pizza and the service staff took more than an hour to provide resolution. They weren't ready to refund the amount for pizza in which hair was found. No hygiene. Manager with the name of Meghana wasn't providing appropriate solutions and was just dragging time and testing our patience. Management, quality of service and hygiene must improve.
