Worst service, I don’t know what has happened to Dominos and why do hire these inexperienced employees.

This is one of the worst dominos resturants in the locality. They serve stale food items. Their pizza mania pjzzas are just fat bread with dry cheese which tastes really pathetic.I even doubt that they use wrong oil. When we order from their app , unfortunately it always goes to this Arekere. branch. The dominos in RbI layput and dollars colony is very nice and they work towards good food delivery. We ordered pizza on 10 Feb, Farmhouse, stuffed garlic bread, choco lava and zingy parcel. We received bad food. I fell ill after eating them. I am 100%sure the stuffed garlic bread was stale and they had used bad oil as it was smelling badly. I even called tbe restaurant to request not to send stale food and cross check ok the hygiene but the lady at the counter received the call dint have any courtesy to listen to my concerns and just disconnected the call. I called 12 times after that but there was no response even thiugh the call was ringing. This resturant should be shut down for selling stale food and using bad ingredients.They make sure to over heat and burn the pizzas. Guess their good ratings are all paid comments.

A gourmet pizza looks like burnt mushroom pizza and thin despite paying for a hand tossed. Please avoid this branch. No fresh ingredients and poor baked pizza!

Domino's is always the best when it comes to pizza, we had garlic bread and Chicken sausage pizza costing around 450 rs

I ordered a pizza from here from domino’s app. First thing the pizza was not well baked, while eating was able to figure out. It came to me hot, but after 1 hr and around 10-15 mins, although it was 20 mins guarantee. I asked the delivery person for same, he asked me to contact the store manager, the call was not connected. Although if this would have happened once I could have understood the same. But the same thing happened 3 times and post that I stopped ordering from the app. I must say, all three times I ordered 3-4 pizza while I received atleast one pizza improperly baked. And no use of raising the complaint as well. I gave review directly on app, they’ve taken the request and assured the call back, however I received a call but only 1 ring like missed call only they’ve done. Thanks Domino’s for wonderful service.
