Read this! Went there for dine-in after seeing reviews. Found the outlet almost empty. No staff at the counter. I stood near the counter waiting for someone to assist. On the other side of counter, two male staff were busy chit chatting. Other staff was busy in phones and chit chat too. I waited for almost 5mins for someone to come at the counter, untill a cleaning staff asked someone to take my order. And one female staff busy watching reels, loud enough, told "I just sat down, I'll not go". The other two male staff standing and discussing their personal life tried convincing her to take my order but she was reluctant. After watching this drama show for more 5-10mins I decided to step out without placing any order. And yes, to add more, the QR code on the table doesn't work. Refer the images. It's not a surprise why people have posted reviews about bad customer service. Yes, it is. Try to avoid, unless you don't find anything else.

Ordered a medium sourdough pizza worth 585 rs, got a regular normal pizza with literally zero toppings. WORST OUTLET EVER

The pizza here is very disappointing. The toppings are minimal, the crust is extremely hard, and the pizza feels overly oily. This isn’t the first time—every visit has been a bad experience in terms of taste and quality. On top of that, the service is very slow, which makes the overall experience even worse.

I ordered 3 medium pizza .non of them had cheese in it I can see only pizza base with red sauce and little cheese on it .. that bit of cheese tase very sour .. I had ordered for my children ..serving bad quality pizza .. shameless and pathetic

Worst outlrt ever. They will not clean tables. No one will be there to take the orders quickly. No proper Maintenance.
