I had a terrible experience with your delivery agent Shabidul. I placed a late-night order around 2:30 AM. He called and flatly refused to come to my door on the 3rd floor, even though there is a working lift. I told him I was alone and scared, but he kept being rude, spoke in a harsh tone, and acted like he was doing me a favor. I asked him to at least leave it at the door. Instead, he said, “You won’t get it in hand, take it from the lift,” and dumped the pizza in the lift before walking off. This was not just lazy, it was hostile and unsafe. If your staff can’t act with basic decency, then stop pretending to offer late-night delivery. No one orders food at 2:30 AM to be treated like this. Hire better people, train them, and fix this nonsense. Don’t put customers, especially women, through this again.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent order placed for my family on a special occasion. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. After waiting patiently for 45 minutes, I was shocked when the delivery person called and asked me to cancel the order, claiming that my address was "1 km far." In reality, my location is hardly 400–500 meters from your outlet, and I had clearly provided accurate address details, a landmark, and contact information. Even after requesting the delivery person to wait just a moment while I came to pick up the order myself, he refused and instead demanded an extra ₹30 to deliver the pizza — which is unethical, unprofessional, and borders on extortion. This raises serious concerns: Why was the order accepted if delivery was not possible? Why was I made to wait 45 minutes just to be told to cancel it? Why was extra money demanded to fulfill a service that was already paid for? Is Domino's now allowing delivery agents to demand extra money from customers? This kind of behavior is damaging not just to your brand but to customer trust. This is not just poor service — it is unfair, unethical, and possibly illegal. If no action is taken, I will be forced to escalate this issue to the Consumer Forum and relevant authorities. I request you to: Investigate this incident urgently. Take strict action against the responsible staff.
