Domino’s, this was unacceptable. Placed an order, it got accepted, waited 20 minutes, and then suddenly told delivery will take 1+ hour because “we got more orders.” If you can’t manage your orders, don’t confirm them and waste customers’ time. This kind of careless service and unprofessional staff behavior is exactly why people lose trust.
