How bad of this people i had the worst experience this is the 2nd time its happening to me when ever i order thy will delay it for more than 1 hour and we cannot connect them through the call and whn we try to resolve the issue through zomato evn to thm thy dont respond and thy tell dey dont hv branch manager and being such big comapny what thy pose off should hv basic knowledge to serve customers and resolve der issues whch thy are not fit for and after almost 2hours thy try reaching and asking me to why did u cancel the order the aducity of the person callin me askin tht question aftr 2 hours hv thy lost the mind and the manager is not fit to be the one

I had ordered though Swiggy. Initially they took lot of time to prepare the food. After 1.5 hrs delivery partner was trying to deliver and after 2 hrs of waiting they cancelled the order.

Worst customer support, received wrong order and if I raise a concern they ask me to wait for 2 days and the store number the call never gets connected.
