I firstly didn't choose to even give 1 star to the outlet because of the experience, the taste doesn't seems to be great like any other outlets not sure what's the making process, secondly the staff is never available at the counter, the customer have to wait nearby to 5-10mins just to place an order. Over that we see people literally coming to asking for free pizza and begging to give them bites while we are eating our food. Not only that there is no ventilation inside the store. The AC is not working. There are no fans. The tables are dirty. No staff is there to attend the customers.
