Worst experience ever with MADEEHA SQUARE, COLES ROAD, FRAZER TOWN, BENGALURU BRANCH OF DOMINOS. Although every time i received Pizza late only from Dominos but Yesterday was the worst experience ever.. For order no. 181 on 01.02.2026 I waited for 2 hours but order not delivered. I kept on chatting with that stupid so called chatbot help provided by Dominos. However, the restaurant phone number provided in the chatbot was also not working. Customer care also could not help to provide the order. Worst company, worst service provider, worst experience ever i had with Dominos with order number #181 on 01.02.2026 WORST EVER. NEVER OPT.

Tis people don't attend the customer thr think we r beggers and asking food frm thm n the maneger who is incharge he is like a king n the cash counter people ther don't return the balance amount thr vl tell us to have ur pizza v vl pay but once v have the cash counter lady vl exchange n thr vl tell us she is gone v don't no sir is tis the way u treat the customer plz people don't go to tis place it's horrible in service n very bad in rude talking n unprofessional staffs plz 🙏 don't visit tis place thanking you

Their washroom was under maintenance, but I have been there a few times and they never clean their tables. The door will be open for mosquitoes, muddy footprints all over the tiles and left over food/chilli flexs on the table.
