Placed the order online , after 20 mins an executive calls up to say that he cannot deliver to my location though the address was correct while placing the order , he asks me to cone to AKS signal to collect it . When i said i can’t , he told that he will be cancelling my order . When I asked him why he didn’t read the address when I placed the order , he told he was busy . I told him the kids were hungry and waiting , he told there’s nothing he can do , I told him that u will complaint against his store , he told me please go ahead and do so .. After half an hour he cancels my order at 7:20pm .. Worst customer service ever .

I’ve ordered twice from this place but the staff are not professional. They accept orders take money and then inform the products are not there. Today, once again there was an issue. Delivery partner marked the order as delivered and never delivered it. I have to go about asking for a refund or follow up

I Have been order pizza from this outlet through Swiggy the Dilvery person Dillip Prakash reached to my location on time but it was more then 15mns I haven't received call from him so I tried calling him but he didn't answer my call & after 5-10mns I tried calling him continuously but he didn't answer my call my so I tried to contact the store even they are not responding so I tried to get connected to Swiggy customer care &got connected and while talking to them I got the notification by saying that my order was delivered,But I Haven't receive my order & again I tried to get connect to the store they not even picking up the call , So it's very worst experience from this outlet and very disappointed.

I Respect the cashier! he confirmed the chicken is not halal, and suggested Veg options, I enjoyed the Corn Cheese pizza 🍕
