Most of the staffs are rude, impolite, and arrogant, not going to respond to your message. They are unaware of location. Only one delivery agent was good so far. Duty manager will also call you to scold for giving bad review. Don't bother asking for my number, I prefer to stay distant from rude people for their own good, especially those who misuse google map reviews, as it's very easy for these people to take down my review, I have seen earlier too, these kind of people takedown bad reviews and keep fooling people.

I am using another account of mine to give negative feedback because of the negligence from staff from this store (CV Raman Nagar) and so frustrated and would definitely spread about the bad behaviour of store to all people around me. I waited for 2 hours for my order #376 and after trying to raise concern with bot and struggling to get contact number of store(which doesn't connect), I get a call from store saying they'll take another 30 mins to deliver the order and call was disconnected, i got notification that my order was cancelled when family has been waiting at home for 2 hours and they cancel it. NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL, after promising the delivery they cancelled it. Worst experience because of the staff and negligence, DOMINOS WILL LOOSE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!!

It's been more than 1.5 hours placing the order and ETA on dominos app shoes 14 mins for more than an hour for just 1 km distance.. and no love agent to raise complaint nor the store contact number is valid... However i receive a call after 1.5 hours that they'd take another 30 mins to deliver.. worst experience in this outlet. And once call was disconnected my order was cancelled even after promising to deliver. Dominos loosing customers due to unprofessional staff. Level Up with staff Dominos. Your valuable customer.
