Dominos pizza is good but not in 8th mile store, worst manager and worst cook and team, they don’t no how to prepare pizza simply taking customers money, I ordering multiple times every time same quality issue, and dominos head branch also informed they didn’t taken any action. Request please don’t order pizza from 8th mile darsrahalli branch. The taste is worst. And quality also worst:.

Worst quality they provide from this hesaraghatta dominoz branch . Experienced many times . Request the dominoz team to make alternate arrangements in the workers working here. Always they call after order and provide alternate food even after repeatedely telling them they are not improving their quality food.

During our visit to Domino's Pizza Dasarahalli (Hessarghatta) branch at yesterday (11-Aug-2025) 09:57 PM we have faced an issue with reluctant staff members at this branch. That the biller/server forced us to take parcel as stated the store will close now, whereas timings displayed 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. However we agreed to take the pizza parcel, but he has charged double for toppings & carry bag without our consent. He didn't even provide the tax invoice until we demanded and enquired about the additional charges mentioned in Re-Printed tax invoice. Then they started playing some drama to hide the relevant person and other gentleman came to deal with us and made his tricks, but during comparison with online booking on company app, that has been understood that they may be misusing resources from store by overcharging to clients. They are not registering customer mobile number and not taking order confirmation while placing the order. He even started treating other customers to pay cash only and not accepting digital payments at the time we were leaving the store with unsatisfactory service's from this branch. Recommendation to place order through genuine Domino's app or visit other branches. Order Ref.: 185 - Grievance mail has been sent to train their staff at all outlets.

They have so much of attitude they treat use like we are thare slave and they are serving it from there money for free ……. This is my worst experience 🙏🏼 staff are worst they be talking and seating without doing works if we ask pls take the order they will say 10min 20min this is really worst pls don’t choose this outlet pls choose other outlet
