I order very frequently from this outlet and i don't know they are always facing high demand and they will make the pizza or do whatever i don't know but will deliver in 45-50mins and the pizza become completely soggy and un-edible, Either Domino's should look into it or do something. The quality of items are also not good, not well topped even the premium ones. Waste of money

Very disappointing experience. Once when I visited this outlet and ordered a Cheese Volcano Pizza (which doesn’t come in a box), I politely asked for a box to take it away even offered to pay for it. The male staff at the counter was extremely rude and dismissive. He bluntly said “no” and then completely ignored me, even as I tried to speak multiple times. It took repeated attempts just to get his attention, and his attitude throughout was unprofessional and disrespectful. Another time, I ordered online from the same branch. There was no update for over an hour, and then they suddenly asked me to cancel the order, blaming traffic. The restaurant is barely 1 km away, and Google Maps showed no traffic whatsoever at that time. This outlet clearly lacks basic customer service, communication, and courtesy. Utterly unprofessional experience it's very disappointing for a brand that should know better.
