Bad service When asked for extra ketchups, she told they are chargeable so I tried to pay using UPI as I don’t carry cash. She refused and rude to me. Even for cold drinks not giving cups. 20-30 rs cold drinks you are changing around 60 rs and still doing this kind of cheap things. Manage your staff !!!

We went there at 10:05 PM but the person on counter said they are closed. The closing time mentioned on google business listing is 11PM so we went to 4th floor with lot of difficulty as all elevators were full. If you are closed at 10:00 PM mention it’s clearly on your google my business timings. Don’t waste peoples time and energy.

Embarrassingly bad service, quite slow, does not have basic pizza options. Disappointing information gathering and asking you to take a drink. Food that I ordered was passable tho

Inappropriate behaviour by the staff. I was told that my desired item was not available. So I was verifying the same by checking online. By then the staff member noticed I was on my phone and started peeping to look into what I was upto. She spoke very rudely after knowing that I was verifying it online.
