Pathetic customer experience, unable to get in touch with anyone to check order status. Domino's app showed 20 minutes delivery guarantee but the order is still "being baked" after 60 minutes. Came here to check if other people have also faced similar issues. People have been complaining for weeks and nothing has changed.

Online order not received, store not reachable on phone. Domino's central customer care could not contact the store either. Appalling service and behaviour all around. Money not refunded. Please be aware before you fall into their trap
