I visited Domino’s Pizza, Kalyan Nagar, Hyderabad on December 6 with my friend, and the staff behavior was absolutely pathetic. When I went to the counter, the staff were busy on their phones and chatting with each other. I called them 4–5 times, and they clearly saw me, yet chose to ignore me. Even after waiting for 30 minutes, they finally took the order. Standing right in front of them and being treated like I didn’t exist was extremely disrespectful. To make things worse, even after all this waiting, the pizza we received did not feel fresh at all. The quality was disappointing and nowhere near Domino’s standards. This level of service is unacceptable. If the staff are more interested in their phones than customers, they should not be working there at all. Domino’s is a big brand, but this outlet is completely ruining its reputation with such careless and rude behavior. I am never coming back to this outlet again. If anyone plans to eat here, the least they should expect is basic politeness. If the current staff cannot behave properly with customers, Domino’s should hire better and more professional staff. After leaving, we went to Nest Subway, where the staff were polite, attentive, and professional—which only highlighted how terrible the service at this Domino’s outlet really is. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend this outlet to anyone. 👎🍕

Sinchana and Chaitra were not helpful at all, gave incorrect information and later were arguing with customer that they ordered incorrect pizza. Also gave spoilled chocolava cake. First no giving right information and then argue with customer. Worst service ever at Hennur Dominos..... Also, at around 11pm once and 11:36pm I got call from the dominos and were abusing for putting the review. They took my number and called me to delete the review. Continously calling and torturing customer for the same.

The person, one lady who is in counter is very rude.. I asked her for serving margheritta pizza..even i given her cash but she didnt even given token number or bill.. I asked her still she didnt give, she said she will call us..but after coming with our order she is yelling in counter with some token number.. But that was my order without giving bill or anything how customers know theie token number.. Even though she noy having any respect towards us

Feedback on Pizza Order (Order ID: DPI66171, Order: 227 - 30th Nov 2025): The pizza tasted much worse than before and didn’t seem fresh. After eating, I felt unwell. Staff was also unresponsive to my questions. Very disappointed with both the food quality and service. The staff seemed more focused on asking for SMS feedback than on providing me with support.
