Feedback on Pizza Order (Order ID: DPI66171, Order: 227 - 30th Nov 2025): The pizza tasted much worse than before and didn’t seem fresh. After eating, I felt unwell. Staff was also unresponsive to my questions. Very disappointed with both the food quality and service. The staff seemed more focused on asking for SMS feedback than on providing me with support.

This is the most disgusting and near death experience dominos outlet that I have ever come across. This review may not bring any change in dominos taking any action however for the larger pool that visit this place, I am writing this review. First, I don't know why this is open also. We visited this stupid outlet on Wednesday not thinking about the nightmare that I and my son would go through. We had ordered peppy paneer,cheese burst and garlic bread with cheese dip. The tables were left unattended, without cleaning and the store was too dusty. No staff came to clean the table, nor they were good enough to see us standing to get a clean table. Coming to dine in, the garlic bread smelled bad, sour and the pizza that we had ordered was burnt and tasted extremely bad.my son ate the pizza and got hospitalized in some hours for food poisoning and severe vomiting. Outlet of these kind, serve expired cheese, breads and items near to expire and I literally had to spend sleepless nights, painful experience and unwelcoming episodes for visiting this outlet. Unwanted hospital experinece and sufferings for all of us. This place is caution to visit and hate dominos for these kind of money making. Down down dominos hennu outlet. Uneducated staff, dirty outlet and unethical exploitation of people.
