I had a disappointing experience at this Domino’s outlet. • There was no drinking water available and the water filter seemed to be out of order. • The bathroom tap had almost no water pressure, making it extremely inconvenient — it would literally take 30 minutes to wash your hands if you waited. • Even after my order status showed “ready for collection”, the staff took an additional 10 minutes to actually hand it over. Overall, the facilities and service need serious improvement

This branch was actually pretty good for a long time, but I felt a lot of dissatisfaction during this visit, the staff would barely care about us, they delayed our order for 1 hour and 30 minutes. We had asked them to clean the table, they just wouldn't. The staff's behavior was very rude and when we informed about our order, they brushed it off with saying that the online orders had some sort of problem. We had ordered extra cheese pizza but they never gave it to us even after we informed about it. Past me would have recommend this branch, but I would not even recommend this place to my enemies.

So I went to this Domino’s recently, and honestly, the food was pretty decent, same usual Domino’s taste, so no complaints there. The staff were alright, nothing special but not rude either. But what really put me off was how unhygienic the place was. The tables were messy, the floor wasn’t clean, and the whole vibe just felt a bit off. Kinda ruins the whole experience when you’re sitting in a place that doesn’t feel clean, even if the food is okay. Definitely needs better maintenance and cleanliness. If they can sort that out, it could actually be a solid spot.
