No management, 2-3 pizza order will take 30-40mins that too if you follow up with them. Otherwise forget you even ordered. I was not given any physical bill nor any digital bill. Air conditioning is only for show. In Bengaluru’s weather people were literally sweating inside the restaurant.

Worst Service Experience at Domino's Pizza, 2nd Sector I had a very disappointing experience at your 2nd Sector outlet. The staff seemed uninterested in serving customers and showed little to no effort in assisting. I ordered the Lunch Feast Pizza, and to my surprise, they didn’t provide oregano, ketchup, or even napkins. This level of service is unacceptable from a brand like Domino’s. I hope immediate steps are taken to improve customer service at this location.

Day over day only prices are increasing, quality and toppings are becoming worst. Look at the medium pizza ordered, found very less chicken toppings, pan crust not upto mark. Hardly one small cube per slice. Better dont accept orders if you are in a hurry or short of items

Though the pizza were good, the staff are not attending customer properly. Too much delay in order delivery, literally taking 25 mins to deliver the order The staff didn't wear the gloves while preparing the orders, the tables were unattended after the guest left leaving dirty tables and unorganised tables and chairs. Store manager whom we requested to arrange table for 5, he just noded his headed and left the store not even informed any of his staffs to do. Didn't expect this from Such a big pizza chain in India
