Firstly, the pizzas were not cooked properly. Secondly, I doubt if cheese was even present in the pizzas. Thirdly, the restaurant was very hot and two air conditioners were not working. When enquired, the reply was that they are under maintenance.

We ordered the pizzas from Swiggy app for guests and then there was no update for next 1.5 hours. Domino’s helpline number doesn’t work, branch was not picking up the calls. There was no updates from Dominos side. Then we called Swiggy helping they also tried calling the Dominos branch, but they were not able to connect. Then swiggy raised a request for order cancellation. We got ready for going outside to eat and then in 10 mins, all of the sudden order was out for delivery when we were just about to go outside. It was very embarrassing moment in front of guests. If they have lots of order, then at least convey it soon so that we can plan something for else.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Domino’s outlet. Despite placing my order well in advance, it took 45–50 minutes for it to be delivered. What made it worse was seeing another customer, who placed their order after mine, receive theirs first. It’s clear that smaller order values are not a priority for this team, which is both unfair and unprofessional. This kind of service shows a serious lack of coordination and customer care. Won’t be ordering from this outlet again. Very poor experience.
